is a 100-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in the heart of Forest Hills, Queens. Forest Hills Care Center boasts the finest Glatt Kosher food, under the Certification of the Vaad Harabonim of Queens. Our Registered Dietitians work collaboratively with the medical team to individually tailor each resident’s nutritional plan of care.
