We're excited to return for a fourth year as a Walk to End Alzheimer's National Team. We're motivated to continue working together in 2017, with the plan of building upon last year's success.

Battling Alzheimer's disease has been a priority of Life Care Centers of America since the opening of our first facility in 1970. It is our prayer that we can provide an environment that allows our patients with Alzheimer's and other types of dementia to be encouraged, appreciated and loved. Our hope is for a cure. A cure that can save the memories and dreams of millions of Americans who live with the disease. Like the Alzheimer's Association, we also dream of a world without Alzheimer's.
