Renaissance Village is Where Your Family Joins Ours! This is more than just words to us… this is our heartfelt belief. When new residents and staff come to The Village, they are joining a large family of caring, loving people.

The Village offers a quiet, quaint, country setting just minutes from Fort Wayne, Columbia City, and Huntington. We are located at the intersection of State Road 14 and the Allen/Whitley County Line approximately 5.7 miles west of I-69. We are a 96-bed nursing facility, offering long-term, skilled, and rehabilitation care.

History

Renaissance Village was established in 1988 by a group of businessmen and physicians from Fort Wayne, Indiana. Today we are managed by Platinum Health Care, LLC. Platinum operates a number of assisted living and long-term health care facilities throughout the Midwest. Platinum emphasizes the importance of respect, integrity, and compassion for everyone. They view each day as having an unlimited potential for our residents. Platinum allows us to operate The Village as a place we are comfortable having our own loved ones live.
