Prestige’s customized rehabilitation programs range from short-term, transitional care that bridges the gap between hospital and home to long-term care. All programs utilize a comprehensive assessment process to help our interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers and healthcare technicians in identifying and providing the best possible care and help residents achieve independence and a high quality of life.

We are able to adapt our services to each patient and their personal circumstances and it is our goal to meet the needs of each individual and family we touch. Milwaukie is also a contracted provider for Medicaid, Medicare and several managed care plans.
