Avamere Rehabilitation of Junction City is a nationally recognized Skilled Nursing facility. We provide skilled nursing services to persons who require additional medical and therapy services following a hospital stay. We also provide long-term care to residents of our community whose care needs prevent them from living at home.

We are located just 15 minutes north of the beltline in Junction City via Highway 99 or River Road. We serve the communities of Junction City, Harrisburg, Monroe, North Eugene, and the surrounding area. Our well-trained staff is dedicated to meeting the skilled nursing and long-term care needs of our residents and their families.

Being a small facility with a caring staff that has ties to the community we serve, we are able to provide the intimacy and familiarity of home. We can treat each resident as an individual and take the time to get to know them.
