At Avamere Rehabilitation of King City we provide a number of Skilled Nursing and Therapy services designed to help you return to your highest level of function following a hospital stay. Our nursing and therapy team works with your primary care physician and any specialist that may be involved in your recovery to provide the care and services you need during this time. From Wound Care and Pain Management to Assistance with Activities of Daily Living and Respite Care, Avamere Rehabilitation of King City has served the needs of our surrounding community since 1972.

It is most important to us that we are a part of our local community. Not only do we provide nursing care to those who require our services, but we feel it is our responsibility to be involved in our community supporting our local schools, participating in the area Meals on Wheels program, and supporting our nearby retirement communities. Many of our staff live in the Tigard, Tualatin and Sherwood area and have a vested interest in making sure we are meeting the needs and expectations of our residents.
