Designed using the “Clustered Cottage Concept,” Woodlands at Hampton Woods consists of four individual “neighborhoods” of resident rooms. Each neighborhood has resident bedrooms grouped around a living room and staff area. Outside their bedrooms, residents can enjoy a beautiful living room with a fireplace, a family kitchen, and a porch. The porch provides accessibility to a nicely landscaped, secured courtyard, allowing residents safe access to the outdoors.
The Facility is Medicare and Medicaid approved and is a provider for many insurance companies.
All of the resident rooms offer private bathroom facilities and most rooms include showers. Many private rooms are available, including some that feature sitting areas. Additionally, companion rooms provide residents with private space, separated from their roommates by divider walls. For residents who need assistance in bathing, or just want to be pampered in a whirlpool bath, nicely appointed, single occupant spas are scattered throughout the facility.
Woodlands at HamptonWoods is owned by Kathy Prasad, who’s vision is for Woodlands residents to be as comfortable as possible, while also remaining active in the community. Woodlands at HamptonWoods was designed to offer the elements of senior living that cater to an independent lifestyle.
