St. Clara's Rehab & Senior Care is a not-for-profit, non-sectarian community-based facility founded in 1972 by the citizens of Logan County. Our facility works closely with all area hospitals, including Abraham Lincoln Memorial, Memorial Health Systems, St. John's, and BroMenn and is managed by Heritage Operations Group. With the latest expansion of our Medicare capacity, we are currently one of the largest Medicare providers in Logan County.
