Through our Living Well at Asbury program, we look at research and document trends and results so that we can make personal, customized recommendations and suggestions that result in more function and fewer limitations for you.

Asbury Heights is located in Mt. Lebanon which is located only six miles south of Pittsburgh. Originally a farming community, this upscale suburb is known for its premier public school system and two bustling business districts that boast one-of-a-kind boutiques and restaurants.

Life at Asbury is full of opportunities. Start your day at the Fitness Suite for a supervised workout or join in on an exercise class. Sign on as an in-house volunteer, join card and breakfast clubs, stop in for a craft class or sign up to hear an invited speaker presentation.

Our indoor, skylight mall is the perfect place to relax or meet a friend in the Café or grab a gift or sundry items from the Country Store. The mall also has a beauty salon and barbershop, post office, bank and chapel.

Our beautiful campus is the perfect place for a leisurely stroll or brisk walk. You can enjoy our gardens or relax under our gazebo or pergola with a book or in the company of friends. The Asbury minibus is perfect for day trips to local attractions, grocery stores and restaurants.
