The Heights is a 148-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located outside Cleveland, Ohio. We have a short-term rehabilitation unit updated with flat screen televisions, in-room bathrooms, close to the therapy room, and a concierge. We also have a secure memory care unit for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease who would benefit from an activity based program. We have many tenured employees that enjoy what they do and strive to achieve excellence every day.
