Circleville Center is a 95- bed skilled nursing facility that has provided excellent care to the community for more than 30 years. We offer rehabilitation services as well as long-term care. We now have a New Memory Support Unit offering care for individuals with Alzheimer's and Dementia. Our facility has Transitional Care with a private dining room. WiFi access and flat screen TVs in all of our rooms. We have a spacious physical rehabilitation gym with services tailored to meet the individual needs of our patients. Our dedicated nursing and rehabilitation staff pride themselves in providing the highest quality of care.
