Kirtland Rehabilitation and Care is the result of an extensive renovation project, completely renewing the grounds and building of the skilled nursing facility formerly known as Golden LivingCenter - Kirtland. We also operate an on-site, state-of-the-art post-acute skilled rehabilitation center. This newly remodeled rehab unit offers physical, occupational and speech therapy as well as other services necessary to recover from surgery, illness or an accident.
