Welcome to the Valley Memorial Homes communities. Owned and operated by local Lutheran churches, Valley Memorial Homes has been preserving the dignity and independence of those we serve since 1924. Valley Memorial Homes consists of five facilities located on three campuses. There is a true sense of community in all of our facilities. A variety of programs and services offered include Country Estates, senior apartments, Wheatland Terrace, assisted living, Tufte Manor, basic care, and skilled nursing, Valley Eldercare Center and Woodside Village. All of these components provide a full continuum of long term care services within our organization.
