Forrest Oakes Healthcare Center is a place to get better, a place for living. We are a 60-bed skilled nursing center, located just 5 miles from the Stanley Regional Medical Center, and a proud member of the Consulate Health Care family. Opened in 1993, we have 14 private rooms, 46 semi-private rooms, and can provide accommodations for couples that become residents of our care center. Forrest Oakes also offers features such as a patio, designated outdoor smoking areas, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, pastoral support and transportation services.
