Crest Manor Living & Rehabilitation Center is part of the highly respected Bartholomew Health Care Group. We are a family owned operation and have been for over forty years. Julia & Alan Bartholomew began operations in 1955 with three small Skilled Nursing Facility’s located in the city of Rochester. In 1963, Julia & Alan’s son A. John Bartholomew, Sr. assumed the role of CEO and with the help of his sisters, Helen & Jill built Crest Manor in 1972.

In 2005, A. John Bartholomew II purchased Crest Manor from his father and assumed the role of CEO of the close knit community. The most important principle of operation at Crest Manor continues to be the integration of the highest levels of medical, nursing and allied services that provide opportunities for our residents to embrace a superior quality of life.
