Description

The United Pioneer Home is a unique place. We got our start when a group of area churches united to create something new – a pioneering effort to build a home that would provide skilled nursing care for the elderly. For all practical purposes, we were the first “assisted living” facility in northwest Wisconsin, and we remain the only stand-alone, not-for-profit skilled nursing home in Polk County.
