Albuquerque Heights is a Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care center located in the heart of Albuquerque. While the atmosphere is quiet and calming, the community is located only minutes from major shopping areas and many restaurants. Our center is also right across from Lovelace Women's Hospital and many medical clinics. We work very closely with local providers such as Presbyterian and Lovelace medical groups, the Albuquerque VA, as well as many acute care facilities.
