Welcome to Colonial Nursing & Rehabilitation where we want our residents to feel at home. Colonial Nursing and Rehabilitation originally opened in 1986 as a 60 bed facility. In 1996, Colonial added another 13,000 sq. ft. to include 30 new beds, a new dining room and rehab facility. We offer Rapid Recovery Rehabilitation for those needing skilled nursing and rehabilitation before returning home and Long-term care for those that need a permanent home.We offer a variety of amenities to make our residents feel comfortable and to give them peace of mind.
