CareOne at Holyoke is a 164-bed skilled nursing facility specializing in Neuro-Rehabilitation in the treatment of traumatic brain injuries and other neurological disorders. Our unique Treatment Program addresses the specific rehabilitative needs of individuals with cognitive and behavioral symptoms who have proven to be difficult to treat in other settings. We believe our Residents are best served through interactions with stimulating environments that promote social relationships.
