Our goal here at Woodruff County Health Center is to provide quality care for your loved ones. We want our facility to be their "home away from home". We offer skilled nursing, rehab, dialysis, and residential care apartments. We offer daily activities in a home-like environment that put residents at ease. ​

The Health Center has been around since the mid-60's and has continued to grow and expand our care horizon. We are a non-profit corporation that focuses on giving back to our community. We are run by an excellent board consisting of amazing people throughout our communities in Woodruff County. In 2007 we entered our new building located off of Hwy 64. We have 120 licensed Nursing Home Beds, which includes private room options. We have an attached Therapy unit, dialysis unit, and a secure dementia unit.

We have a VA contracts, and accept Private Pay, Medicaid, Medicare, and most Manage Care plans. We are also a proud member of the Arkansas Health Care Association.
