Welcome to Stone Rehabilitation & Senior Living, Newton’s Historic Senior Care Community. Stone Rehabilitation & Senior Living is a private non-profit residential care and skilled nursing facility located on a safe and quiet hilltop in a Newton Upper Falls residential neighborhood.

We offer a unique combination of a classic rest home (The Pettee House) and a modern skilled nursing facility (The Skilled Nursing Center). Many residents have benefited from the ability to move back and forth between these two levels of care while remaining in familiar hands.

The Pettee House is a beautiful historic home with 22 rooms for affordable supported residential living. Each resident has a personally furnished private room. Three meals a day are served in our spacious dining room. Residents often gather in our nicely appointed living rooms to read, chat or attend daily activities. Our staff is available 24 hours a day to provide resident assistance.

The Skilled Nursing Center is our rehabilitative nursing facility for 82 short-term or long-term residents. We have outstanding physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy services. Our residents also enjoy recreation therapy, music trivia, bingo and arts & crafts.
