The Home’s 11-acre North Wilmington suburban campus also houses our assisted living facility, Lodge Lane, providing for a continuum of care.

As a Medicare certified rehabilitation center, our goal is to maximize abilities and build confidence. Our nursing and therapy departments work together to provide the individualized special care needed for optimum health and
functional potential. Our activities department maintains a full schedule of programs to suit all tastes, interests, and levels of ability. The social services and religious life departments are available to you for support, both during your transition and throughout your stay.
