opewell Health Care Center has been providing services to the community since 1977. Conveniently located off I-295 at Exit 9B, the Center is less than a mile from Ft. Lee, Virginia. We offer Rehabilitation Services seven days a week provided by qualified, caring Physical, Occupational and Speech Language Pathologists. Daily activities, in-house salon and Pet Therapy all help Residents achieve their maximum recovery potential in a nurturing, home-like environment which includes a lovely gazebo overlooking our fountain pond.
