Colonial Poplin, our 50 bed Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing/rehabilitation home, provides individualized services to meet diverse cognitive and physical abilities while Poplin Way Assisted Living gives residents the opportunity to live in their own apartments while receiving assistance when needed.
